Founder and Chief Executive Officer
My passion for sales training and improving sales effectiveness led me to create GO FISCH Solutions in 2016. Since then we have helped our clients improve their sales results and retain top talent.
My entire career has been spent in the healthcare arena, as both a clinician and as a medical device sales professional.
Most of that time was spent as the North American Sales Training Manager for Smith & Nephew, there I developed my craft, while developing the people around me.
I am the wife of an amazingly supportive man and the mother of two spectacular boys. In my free time, I enjoy traveling the world, watching college football, reading (thrillers, business, and parenting books), and searching for the perfect double IPA.
Three words that describe me are enthusiastic, genuine, and grateful.

Kristen Berning

Since joining our team in 2018, Kristen has played a crucial role in the continued success of the business. Her exceptional skill set, true passion and creativity has inspired massive growth.
She helps in the development of training programs that promote sales effectiveness.
Kristen’s academic and professional background is in the field of education and communication. Prior to GO FISCH Solutions, whether in a classroom setting or in a public relations role, Kristen has planned, implemented, and supervised successful programs for individuals and groups. In challenging and high-stakes environments, her program design skills have resulted in surpassing engagement goals, and her curriculum expertise has resulted in exceeding achievement goals. Forever a teacher and trainer at heart, she believes that her success should be reflected through the success of those around her.
Kristen is a wife and mother of two, a brilliant girl and an amazing boy . She enjoys watching college basketball and golf tournaments, and she believes that dogs are the best of best friends. Three words she’d use to describe herself are reflective, loyal, and driven.

Peter Fischer
Chief Medical Officer
Peter E. Fischer MD, MS is an Associate Professor of Surgery at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis, TN. At GO FISCH, he provides the team with medical expertise and guidance when complex situations call for it.
He completed his residency in general surgery at the University of Tennessee at Memphis and subsequently a surgical critical care fellowship at Oregon Health and Science University in Portland, OR. Prior to and during residency he worked as a Firefighter/Paramedic. He was previously at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, NC before returning to Memphis in 2016.
He currently serves as the Interim Trauma Medical Director, and Interim Chief of Trauma at the Elvis Presley Trauma Center as well as the Interim Division Chief. In addition, he is the Medical Director for Hospital Wing Air Ambulance Service. He is the Vice Chair for the TN Committee on Trauma and the current Chair of the EMS Committee for the National COT. He has a strong clinical and research interest in prehospital and trauma system development.
Peter is the husband of our Founder, Breland, and father to their two awesome boys. In his spare time, he enjoys golfing and travel.
